A foiled 14 karat gold bracelet with an Alexander the Great drachm coin set between two diamond circles, the reverse facing up depicting the divine Zeus seated on a throne facing left, one leg crossed behind the other, an eagle perched in his outstretched right hand, a long scepter in his left, and a torch underneath, ANAPOYAPOY (of Alexander) to the right, a monogram H to the left The obverse depicting a portrait of Herakles (Roman Hercules) facing right, wearing the famed lion skin headdress.
