An Islamic Large Agate Bead, ca. 10th - 15th century CE

A very large elliptical, white banded agate bead. 

Dimensions: Length: 3 3/4 inches (9.5 cm)

Condition: some scattered ground stains, otherwise intact and in very good condition overall.

Provenance: Estate collection of Nourollah Elghanayan , NYC., acquired 1960s - 70s.
