An Egyptian Quartzite Scarab, Middle Kingdom, ca. 2040 - 1783 BCE

Carved from semi-opaque quartz, with suture and pronotum lines on the back, the base uninscribed, pierced vertically for attachment.

Dimensions: Length: 1.2 cm (0.47 inches)

Condition: Intact and in excellent condition overall.
